Puppy rescued after falling down heat duct

GRAHAM, Wash. — A 5-week-old puppy as rescued by firefighters after it fell down a heat duct at a home in Graham Sunday night.

Graham Fire & Rescue got the call for help after the puppy went down the heat duct floor register, officials said.

Firefighters had to crawl under the home and cut the ducting to rescue the pup.

“Although the puppy is now grounded, she has been reunited with mom and is doing well,” Graham Fire & Rescue tweeted.
